Date postponed!
A global pandemic happened. It's okay, we're all thankfully still happy and healthy.
We're still getting married though. Please join us (a little later) this year to celebrate our wedding. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our friends and family, so we will be taking as many precautions as possible in the coming months.
Now, more than ever, we want to make sure we have a way to quickly communicate with our guests, so please subscribe or send us your contact information using the fields below and we'll email you as soon as new information is available on this website. Send us a quick message about how things are going to say hello too!

Listening to experts...
These events have created a level of uncertainty that makes deciding things difficult, but not impossible. We'll be checking the latest federal, state, and local guidance from reputable experts over the next few months as we narrow down details. Whether that means a full-blown ceremony, a smaller event, or an even an isolated elopement, we'll be considering the health and safety of our guests above all. No matter what, we will still find a way to marry each other before 2020 is over.
Playing it safe...
Over the next month as stay-at-home orders are lifted across Illinois, California, and especially Utah, we'll be slowly and safely resuming our wedding planning activities. In late July we plan on flying down to visit with vendors and our venue to keep things on track for the new date. Our guests should expect to hear a more confirmed plan along with formal invitations.
Considering all options...
We believe a strong marriage allows for compromise and our ceremony will also likely need to remain flexible. Luckily, our venue is open enough to allow enough space for our guests to safely interact with adequate distance. We'll also have a few backup plans reserved, such as downsizing the event size or incorporating virtual elements to the ceremony, and will make a final call in August.
